Principal News: An invitation to join us at Chief Leschi MS/HS Parent/Teacher Conferences

Every year in November, Chief Leschi MS/HS holds Parent/Teacher Conferences. This year, our conferences will be on Thursday, Nov. 13 from 3-8 p.m. We highly encourage all of our parents/guardians and students to attend the conferences. A great deal of information can be shared during the

conferences, including important updates on student grades, attendance and behavior. Additionally, parents/guardians can learn how grades are determined and what the course syllabus, or course overview, includes for classes at Chief Leschi MS/HS.  

This year, select MS/HS staff

members will also be available to discuss our guidelines for success, a new component of our “Safe and Civil Schools” implementation. The guidelines for

success are key words that we will use at Chief Leschi MS/HS to help teach our students how to be more successful in school and even outside of school. These guidelines were developed

collaboratively by students and staff members last school year and will be taught to students during the 2008-2009 school year.  

 On behalf of all of us at Chief Leschi MS/HS, we invite parents, guardians and students to attend Parent/

Teacher Conferences. This is a wonderful opportunity and we hope to see you there!
