Health & Wellness Fair to inspire families

Community members and their families are invited to attend Puyallup Tribal Health Authority’s (PTHA) Health & Wellness Fair on July 23, from 2-7 p.m. at Kwawachee Counseling Center’s Spirit House.
“The Health Fair is part of our ongoing effort to inform, educate and empower families to adapt healthier lifestyle behaviors,” said Karol Matson, PTHA Nutritionist.
The 20 interactive booths at the fair will include free health screenings and vaccinations, cooking demonstrations, a “Think your Drink” activity, fitness fun and much more!
A healthy barbeque will begin at 5:30 p.m. and everyone will receive a free gift and a chance to win a great door prize!*
